2015 newly built and luxuriously furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, garden, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, washing machine with dryer, etc. all inclusive.

I would like to welcome you to our new exclusively furnished holiday home. Vacation is the time to recover from everyday life and leave all worries behind. For us as owners, it is therefore a personal concern to make your stay in our house Villa Sonnenmeer as pleasant as possible.
The modern and lovingly furnished holiday home has a living space of approx. 104 m².
On the ground and first floors, underfloor heating ensures pleasant and cozy warmth, in addition to the underfloor heating you have the opportunity to heat with a fireplace.
The ground floor is a spacious living and dining area. The open and modern kitchen with its high quality kitchen appliances is equipped with everything you need to cook. The cozy living area spoils you with a LED TV, Blu-ray player, a fireplace and a couch that you can adjust according to your wishes and needs.
Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. In the utility room washing machine / dryer are accommodated.
Upstairs are two tastefully decorated bedrooms with large wardrobe and mirror. With the mattresses (7 zones lounger comfort mattresses) very much value was placed on a high quality. Mattresses and the 4 seasons beds are suitable for allergy sufferers and from German brand manufacturers. In addition to the two bedrooms you will find a spacious bathroom with shower, corner bath and plenty of storage space.
The third bedroom is in the attic with two single beds. This room features a LED TV and a Play Station 3. Throughout the house you can receive free wireless. On the beautiful terrace you will find garden furniture for 6 people, two sun loungers, a parasol and a barbecue.
The house has a bike shed and two free parking spaces.
If you are looking for a high level of equipment and a pleasant environment,
then this holiday home is in all likelihood the right thing for you.

Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesen tollen Ferienhaus in Zingst! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation gestaltete sich als unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Urlauben in Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Wir haben hier mit 2 Kindern entspannte und ruhige Tage verbracht. Es ist alles in einer modern-hochwertigen Ausstattung vorhanden was man so braucht. Angenehm fanden wir die Terrasse mit Rasen, sodass man hier mit Abendsonne den Tag schön ausklingen lassen konnte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm und hat den Urlaub dank unkompliziertem Umgang perfekt gemacht. Zingst...immer wieder gern! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Sonnenmeer. Sehr gut und ruhig gelegen und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Mit dem Rad ca 5 min zur Ostsee. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Toller Sommerurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, trotzdem ist der Strand bequem zu erreichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt, man kann das Auto also ruhig stehen lassen. Wie haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Zingst verlebt und werden gern wiederkommen.
