Seignosse Ocean : beautiful apartment, close to the beach, sleeps 4, ideal for a family
Ref 586 : Seignosse Ocean, Résidence DOUC I, nice apartment renovated 22.92m2 with one bedroom in the DOUC I residence, no lift.
The apartment comprises a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, bay window opening onto a large west-facing balcony with electric roller shutter.
A shower room with shower, washbasin and cupboard, wc, electric towel dryer.
A kitchenette with a small bar/counter and chairs. The kitchen includes a washing machine, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a small fridge and a microwave.
One bedroom with 2 x 70cm beds for 2 people (can be joined together to form a 140cm bed), storage shelves, window opening onto balcony with electric roller shutter, flat-screen TV.
A small part of the balcony will be closed by a roller shutter reserved for the owner.
Seasonal market, restaurants, skate park, forest, on foot.
Pets not allowed. Bed linen not provided, can be rented.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Out of season from September to June, heating and electricity surcharge payable on departure.
