We offer you in this beautiful island villa in a prime location in a side street right in the center of the island (Kirchstr. 38) a 60sqm modern furnished apartment for 4 people. In the summer of 2015, this apartment was again awarded F **** Stars (DTV).

**** stars - central - quiet - well-kept - free Wi-Fi - incl. Handcart and beach chair

During the season we rent for our guests a beach chair on the main beach, which you can use for free. Baby travel cot, sand toys and high chair are available.
Washer and dryer for a fee in the basement.
Sheets and towels included.

All prices are per day including all utilities (cleaning, bed linen and towels), Wi-Fi connection, scooter and a wagon and (if possible) a car parking space at the house.

Alles wunderbar!

Wir haben uns im Norseehus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders toll war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die sich immer wieder rührend nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat. Vielen Dank!

Schöne zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Jammern auf hohem Niveau) nichts vermisst. Die Vermieterin war per Mail und Telefon zu erreichen und sehr nett. Ebenso die Reinigungskräfte. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir hoffen bald wieder buchen zu können :)

Top Ausstattung, tolle Lage, super Gastgeberin

Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation war klasse und vorbildlich. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und liegt klasse zentral. Sie ist zwar etwas umständlich mit dem Auto zu erreichen - vor allem, wenn Gemeindefest ist und die Straße selbst gesperrt ist - aber sie IST erreichbar und hat Parkplätze. Nicht selbstverständlich in Borkum. Während des Aufenthalts in Borkum braucht man dann eh kein Auto mehr. Toll ist auch der eigene Strandkorb direkt an einer sensationellen Strandbar. Unbedingt probieren: Sanddorn Sprizz und Meersalzkartoffeln! Wir haben den Urlaub im Nordseehus SEHR genossen und werden sicher mal wieder kommen!

Wir waren sehr angetan von der Lage der Wohnung. Ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral und strandnah. Am meisten jedoch gefiel uns der 1a saubere und zudem sehr gepflegte Zustand der Wohnung, in der es auch für unsere beiden kleinen Kinder an nichts fehlte.

Schöne gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Die Wohnung liegt in der Stadtmitte, nahe Strand und doch sehr ruhig.
