This charming modern farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and three full baths this spacious 3k sq ft home is spacious can easily accommodate 12 guests. With the open floor plan with a living room, outdoor patio, and private splendid pool with hot tub/spa this home is perfect for big family gatherings. Tranquil location with easy access on well-paved roads just off Highway 289 and 15 miles to Frisco. Min to Celina downtown.

Our group really enjoyed getting out of our normal routines and spending a few days on the property to unwind. Was a nice touch to have the animals nearby (they were super chill) and Victor was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.Plenty of space for everyone and lots of options to relax. Multiple bathrooms was a plus too. Celina is nearby and makes for an easy day trip away from the property and is also helpful in making quick runs for any provisions needed by the group. Really enjoyed the stay and would happily go again in the future.

I loved the master suite and all 3 bathrooms have beautiful/clean showers. The pool was super deep, and the animals were all super friendly! The hot tub takes a while to get hot so keep the cover on and turn the heat up every once in a while to keep it going!

Our check-in process was very easy following the directions from the host, who was very responsive any time I reached out. We had our daughter’s surprise 13th birthday party sleepover here and the girls had a blast swimming, enjoying BBQ by the pool, and all the farm animals. This house was spacious for all the girls and our family and friends.

We loved the pool, the spacious living area, and exceptional attentiveness from Victor before and throughout our stay. He even provided farm fresh eggs for us. There were a few cleanliness concerns and overly warm temperatures in bedrooms that were not centrally located in the house. The property was picturesque with lively goat, chicken, and dog activity. We are familiar with farm life, but it was more interactive with the animals than some of my guests preferred; goats free range in the yard and carport, chickens in the pool area some of the time, and long periods of barking in the night. I am mentioning these things, not to deter anybody from staying here if they are comfortable with a true farmhouse experience, but because none of the other reviews mention any of these and wanted to share our experience.

Thanksgiving at the Farm House

Our family had a wonderful stay at the farm house. The property was just as advertised and better. The highlight of our stay was waking up every morning to collect the eggs for our breakfast and feed and play with Leo the farm dog. Highly recommend for a family get together away from it all but yet conveniently located to the main town of Celina. Hoping to be back again one day!

Great Host ! Amazing place

Spectacular Farmhouse In Celina Texas

We enjoyed our son’s 21st birthday in Celina. The farmhouse was spectacular, incredible, spacious, and beautiful. Definitely an iconic event and a wonderful place to host it. The Perfect Place for Our Family!

We absolutely loved staying here for the weekend! We enjoyed the private pool and seclusion of the large property. Our kids loved interacting with Leo the farm dog, the goats, and the chickens. Our daughters loved collecting eggs for breakfast. Victor responded quickly and addressed all our needs. We were sad to leave and hope to return to this cute farm house next time we’re in town!

Get away family reunion

This is a wonderful farm house to get away from the city chaos! Animals are so much fun to watch! Owner responds very quickly and is very nice! 100% recommend! We had a family reunion during the day and enjoyed the precious farm view!
