Charming ground floor apartment with a maritime flair just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the beach. Take a look at the numerous photos and see for yourself!
The 63m2 holiday home (3 rooms) is located in a quiet residential street at the beginning of Fritz-Reuter Strasse. The apartment has two bedrooms and a total of 4 beds. A room with a double bed (180x200) and a room with two single beds (each 80x200). The living room is bright and friendly thanks to the wide window front and equipped with a large sofa corner, long dining table and modern LED TV and a radio.
In the kitchen you will find a coffee filter machine as well as a capsule coffee machine (DolceGusto), kettle and toaster in addition to the usual features such as a dishwasher, oven, stove and fridge. No microwave.
The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Washer and dryer are in the basement of the house and are available by inserting a coin. The house has bicycle parking spaces in front of the entrance and a barbecue area in the garden area.
There is a travel cot and a high chair for babies. Duvet or similar and bedding for the baby travel bed should be brought along. Inquire separately.
There is also free WiFi access.

The rental price includes the costs for final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
For short breaks of less than 6 nights, individual price agreements apply. Please do not hesitate to ask if you find fewer days than the minimum stay between two booked periods.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

To ensure optimal cleaning of the apartment, it is unfortunately not possible to leave and arrive on the same day. We therefore ask you to take this into account when making your inquiry if the adjacent days are already blocked.

After a successful booking, you will receive a rental contract from us for signature and for your documents, which you should send back to us within a week.

Erholsame Auszeit in wunderschönem Ambiente

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt. Strand und City sind schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Verwalterin vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne FeWo mit perfekter Lage

Wir hatten einen wirklich guten Aufenthalt und haben uns in der Wohnung ganz wohlgefühlt. Betten sind super, Ausstattung besser als bei vielen anderen Objekten. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der Inselkoje auf Langeoog war von Anfang bis Ende ein absolutes Highlight. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft positiv überrascht. Jedes Detail schien sorgfältig ausgewählt, um eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Lage der Inselkoje ist perfekt - ruhig und zentral, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Langeoogs bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist auf Langeoog allgegenwärtig. Wir konnten so problemlos den Tag mit einem Spaziergang am Meer beenden. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für die Selbstversorgung benötigten. Die Betten waren zudem sehr bequem. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit der gesamten Unterkunft – alles war tadellos. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Maul war erstklassig. Liebe Grüße an diese! Zusammenfassend können wir die Inselkoje auf Langeoog nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort für alle, die auf der Suche nach Ruhe, Komfort und einer Prise Inselcharme sind. Wir sind dankbar für die wunderbare Zeit und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch in 2025.

Traumhafter Urlaub im Juni

Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt im Urlaub. Die Wohnung bietet alles was benötigt wird. Großer Kühlschrank inkl Gefrierfächer und auch eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es kam direkt Urlaubsfeeling auf. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!
