Cozy 4 room apartment for your holiday happiness on Langeoog. The beautiful beach is only a few meters and the shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped, in the basement are available to our guests washing machine and dryer. The typical Langeooger Klinkerbau stands on a large garden plot where you can enjoy the sun in summer.

Einfach toll

Zu Beginn war nicht ganz klar auf welchen Stockwerk sich die Wohnung befindet. Wir waren sehr wohl in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Da 2Räume nicht hg geheizt waren nahm ich 2x Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer auf und dies Problem wurde schnell behoben. Die nicht funktionierenden Glühbirne habe ich gemeldet. Ich würde sofort diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Tip: das mit der Abfalltrennung müsste man schriftlich in der Wohnung deponieren um etwas genauere Angaben zu haben.

Schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung im 1. und 2. OG ist sehr schön. Im 1. OG ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Wohnzimmer, Küche (gut eingerichtet) und WC/Dusche. Im (2. OG) DG sind 2 Schlafzimmer (mit 3 Schafplätzen) und ein WC/Dusche. Diese Zimmer und auch das Bad sind recht frisch renoviert worden. Das einzige was uns persönlich gestört hat, war dass es leider nicht sehr sauber war. Spinnweben an mehreren Stellen und Staub unter dem Sofa und in den Ecken. Leider hat unser Sohn direkt wegen Hausstauballergie angeschlagen, was unseren Urlaub leider nicht ganz so erholsam gestaltet hat.

Familienurlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal. Zentral gelegen und die Entfernung zum Strand war auch ok. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit den 2 Etagen und den 2 Bädern war für uns perfekt. Wir als Großeltern unten und die anderen mit unserem Enkelkind oben. Zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit, Staubwischen wäre angesagt und es gab mehrere defekte Leuchtkörper. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung noch etwas unfertig, z.B. fehlten stellenweise Fußleisten.

Schön, praktisch eingerichtet in toller Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung, praktische Zimmeraufteilung, gemütliche Küche und Wohnzimmer, tolle Lage. Sauber, ausreichend Geschirr, Radio und Handtücher vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren ein wenig arg hart.
