Spacious, central and quiet apartment with flair
The quiet apartment is located in the popular Kiel district of Wik in the immediate vicinity of the Kiel Fjord and the Kiel Canal (Maritime Quarter). Thanks to its good transport connections, both the Olympiahafen in Schilksee and Kiel city center can be reached in a short time by car or public transport (direct bus connection). The bus stop is approx. 200 m away and buses to Kiel city center leave every 10 minutes.
The property is a beautiful, bright attic apartment on the 2nd Upper floor, located in a quiet residential street. The apartment is characterized by a modern floor plan with a large kitchen (dining area) and a large bathroom. The apartment has dormers and headroom in every room.
Within walking distance there are very good shopping facilities and beautiful local recreation areas (game reserve, Kiel Canal and Kiel Fjord). If you like, you can also reach them with our new 1-speed bicycles, which you can use free of charge!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.Alle, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt notig ist, ist vorhanden.Die Ferienwohnung ist auch gut geeignet, um bei einem stürmischen und regnerischem Tag, in dieser gemütlich zu Verweilen.Bushaltestelle wenige 100m entfernt. Von dort ist von der Kieler Innenstadt bis zu den Stränden in Schwedeneck alles gut zu erreichen.Ebenso sind Bäckereien, Famila oder Rewe in fußläufiger Entfernung (ca. 10 Minuten) vorhanden.Auch die kleine Fähre nach Holtenau ist in zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 15 Minuten).Für uns auf jeden Fall wieder erste Wahl, wenn wir einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Kiel planen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und man hat einen sehr schönen Rundumblick. Ein Bäcker befindet sich gleich die Straße runter und ein Einkaufszentrum sowie einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber in der Nähe der belebten Holtenauer Straße. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus kommt man gut überall hin und ist auch mit dem Auto gleich auf der Schnellstraße.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben’s sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Top FeWo in sehr ruhiger Vorstadtlage
Hochwertig und praktisch eingerichtet mit angenehmem Blick auf die Gärten der Anlieger und die ruhige Straße. Keine zehn Fahrminuten zum Nord-Ostsee-Kanal und eine gute Viertelstunde zum Ostseebad Strande. Dazu eine nette, hilfsbereite und dennoch unaufdringliche Vermieterin - was will man mehr! Kleines Manko: Die Wohnzimmereinrichtung wurde verändert, aber die aktuelle Möblierung ist noch nicht aus den Fotos im Internet zu sehen.

TOP - Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung können wir ausdrücklich weiter empfehlen. Die gute Lage zur Förde ist für Radfahrer sehr geeignet. Aber auch der Anschluss an den ÖPNV ist hervoragend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles war vorhanden. Und die Vermieter bekommen ein besonderes Lob wegen ihrer Freundlichkeit.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer wirklich tollen Ferienwohnung. Schön hell, sehr sauber, ruhig und mit maximalem wohlfühlpotential.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und man hat sich auch hier direkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super, ruhige Wohngegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck und man kann dennoch schnell nach Kiel rein oder zur Kiellinie.
Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub, gerne wieder. :-)
