Beautiful House

We absolutely loved this modern and completely updated house! Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was so nice! We stayed during my daughter’s graduation weekend from UCSB, so brought the whole family. Everyone had a great stay! Love Montecito ❤️

Amazing Family Getaway

We rented this property for our daughter’s graduation from UCSB. The whole family joined and we had a wonderful time. The house is amazing: great views, open plan which allowed all of us to gather together for meals and conversations, modern appliances, and a great hot tub and pool. Michelle clearly pays close attention to every detail and is very responsive to any questions, making the stay free of any last minute distractions. We’d love to stay here again.

A golf weekend with friends…

This was a wonderful house for us all to stay at! We had so much fun cooking in the kitchen, and walking to the lower village in Montecito! Michelle, the house manager was very easy to communicate with and everything went very smoothly upon check in and check out! We cannot wait to come back…

Perfect family get together

The house is perfect for a family get together. I has everything and then some - the wagon filled with pool and sand toys an unexpected plus. This property feels warm and welcoming. There are a lot of interesting touches - especially the books.The kitchen is completely equipped. Some of the electronics/switches take some getting used to but nothing that can't be figured out.

Family wedding hideaway

Our host Michelle was so accommodating to start the process and it just continued throughout our lovely stay. We were in SB fit a family wedding and this home was close by the reception and other events. The home is FABULOUS inside & out! We enjoyed the unique pool and luscious gardens, leafed through numerous art/design books, walked to the farmers market, soaked up the morning sunshine on the deck & truly made the most of the little time we had at the home. It is a first class accommodation
