Stunning, BEACH FRONT condo. Enjoy front and center ocean view's from the living room and both bedrooms. High speed wireless internet, tv in each bedroom, Netflix and all of your favorite streaming solutions. Location is close to the Lagoon Waterpark, Ocean walk shops, Daytona Pier, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. This property provides garage/outdoor parking, exercise/weight room, sauna, outdoor beachfront pool, a recreational area and more!

**We are offering a discount during the building construction project.**

***Important*** Starting August 1st 2022, our building will begin an extensive exterior construction project and the condo balcony will be closed until further notice. Construction will only be during the 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. There will be construction noise during these daytime hours, but not into the evening or on the weekends. PLEASE READ - The condo balcony will be closed at all times for guest safety until further notice.

**UPDATE January 2023 - Daytona Beach sustained quite a bit of damage from hurricane Ian and Nicole which hit pretty much back to back. This pushed out the construction timeline to resolve additional repairs as a result of the two hurricane. As of now, we know that balcony is still closed.

**UPDATE December 2023 - The condo building is still undergoing construction and is estimated to finish mid January 2024. At this time the balcony will open opened an and ready to use!

During construction, you'll still have endless beachfront views, but will not be able to stand out on the balcony. However, the beachfront pool will be open and available at this time, which is just downstairs and a few steps away!

Pleasant Vacation

Very nice condo, even while under hurricane construction. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and clean. Washer and dryer was inconvenient not being in condo, but is located outside door In hallway. Good parking in garage with area for beach items. Be sure to take your own beach chairs or you will need to buy upon arrival. They had 1 really good chair, so that was nice. Owner had excellent communication with quick response when needed.

Daytona 2023

Great condo and location. The property was under renovation due to the hurricane in 2022. Only negative was the washer/dryer was not just for the condo. It was for the floor. Property owner was great and communicated well.

Girl trip

Unfortunately we came during construction which was communicated to me in advance. The guest bedroom had an entire wall that was plywood. The balcony was bolted locked ( which was told to me in advance.). However, the glass windows and sliding door was beyond filthy. It would have been nice to behave been able to see out and see the ocean but we could not. Overall the host was very accommodating I am only rating down the building due to renovating. Once construction is complete, I would highly recommend to anyone needed a clean spacious condo on the beach.

Great getaway

Loved this condo. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Robert was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay at that condo again.

Great Time.

The property was just as pictured. Even though there were renovations going on to the balcony it did not affect our stay, we were out and about at the beach and local attractions. Property owner was so easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. Unit had everything you needed to enjoy the beach and pool. Intend to return.
