Directly on ocean! Luxury 12th floor condo

Brand New, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront family-friendly luxury condo with all amenities included. Enhanced cleaning protocols based on CDC guidelines and contact-free check-in & check-out. High-speed wireless makes for a perfect “flexcation” if you need to do some work. And ample parking is available in our private lot. The Van Lee building is in the best location on beautiful Ormond Beach. Unit 1205 has been completely remodeled with high end finishes and lots of extra touches to provide the feeling of staying at a 5 star luxury resort suite. Six can sleep comfortably with a queen-size “air-dream” sofabed in the living room. The master suite is designed for the ultimate in comfort with a plush king-size bed, a balcony, its own bathroom and separate vanity/dressing area. The guest room is equipped with two twin beds, a desk, a nightstand and has a view of the intracoastal waterway. Every room is equipped with a large screen SMART TV and cable is also included. The spacious chefs kitchen has a large peninsula with bar seating and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook your favorite meals or just relax and socialize with family and friends. Your own private, full-size washer/dryer is also included. The condo is located directly on the ocean with a private access gate to the quiet (no-drive) beach or you can watch the waves roll in while relaxing by the pool. If you prefer a quiet spot indoors to read then you can enjoy a book in the library located on the main lobby level. If you don’t want to miss your workouts while on vacation you will appreciate the fitness center with a treadmill, rowing machine, weight machine and dry sauna!

Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Lots of other adventures, such as Daytona, St. Augustine, and Disney are a short drive. Wake up to an amazing sunrise over the ocean and dolphins playing just off-shore then relax on the front lanai in the evenings for a breathtaking sunset over the Intracoastal. Not a morning person? No problem, just lower the custom black-out blinds and enjoy your peaceful slumber. Ormond by the Sea is truly a special place and the condo has been equipped with lots of special touches to reflect that style and tranquility with convenience and comfort in mind.

Great Vacation!

Very nice trip!

Probably one of the best hosts I have dealt with. Shelly was so quick to respond to all my questions. The property was as described. Very enjoyable stay and really appreciated being so close to the ocean. Such a great little beach town away from all of the traffic of Daytona but close enough if you wanted to visit. Would love to stay here again.

Awesome getaway for a couple or family!!

WOW! We absolutely loved the Condo, so much so it was hard to go home. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach, less than a mile from a grocery store, several good places to eat, and just a few miles from Daytona Beach with even more to do. We really enjoyed the sunrise every morning and the sunset ... Being on the 12th floor gives you spectacular views. There are so many places to choose from, we are very happy we stumbled upon this condo. We definitely want to come back here for our next vacation!! Thank you Shelly for your excellent communication and making sure we had everything we needed!

Ormond Delight

After a crazy and locked down year of Covid, my husband and I were looking forward to a trip to one of our favorite spots, Ormond by the Sea. He found Shelly and Monty’s condo in the Van Lee on VRBO and by the pictures alone, we were all in! But then to arrive and have the in person be even better, was unexpected! What a gem this space is and immediately made us feel at home. From the view of the ocean to the open and spacious living area; to the comfort and cleanliness of the bedroom, we could not have asked for more. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Exceeded my expectations five times more than I expected.

We were so excited when we walked through the front door. The condo is absolutely beautiful and pristine. It is perfect, when I say perfect I mean very very perfect. We had an awesome week and did not want to leave. We loved it so much we are considering buying a unit in the building in the future. If you’re looking to use this unit in the future I highly recommend it. Also the people that we met there own units already are the nicest people. You could not go wrong with renting this condo for your vacation.

I have to say this was an exceptionally beautiful stay! It is just as pictured maybe even better. The cleanliness is superb!! You walk in and it feels, looks and smells amazing! The view from the balcony is gorgeous very close to the beach. The building itself is very clean and family oriented. A nice quiet location for the perfect relaxing vacation. The Airbnb was very comfortable and had everything available. Very organized folder with recommendations and layout of expectations for our stay. Definitely will be back! 10/10

Glorious Beach Escape!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the beginning portion of our honeymoon, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo itself and the owner! Shelly was incredible about communication before, during, and after our stay. Pictures do not even do this beauty justice! The condo was impeccable, equipped with everything we could have needed and more. We look forward to returning many times in the future!

Exactly as advertised!!

What an amazing home! Everything was fresh, spotless, well stocked with thoughtful touches. The home was exactly like the photos posted only better! The view of the ocean as soon as we walked in was breathtaking. The place was so clean and fresh I thought we must’ve come in right after a new build. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely stocked with anything you’d ever need. A quick trip to Publix 1/2 mile up the street and we were good to go! We stayed over Thanksgiving and didn’t miss a single football game with the cable available!! Ms Taylor made check in so easy, literally took 2 seconds and she was very quick to respond throughout the entire process of booking and afterward. She even thought of little touches like wine and chocolates which was so wonderful. I almost didn’t want to give this review because I don’t want everyone booking all the dates up!! We will absolutely be back time and time again. Great home in quiet, well maintained building. Close to everything fun. Thank you so much for awesome stay!

We are native Floridians and love the beach! When we purchased this vacation condo we had an immediate vision of it's potential. We enjoy every moment we spend in Ormond Beach and are so excited to share that joy with others.

Why they chose this property

We chose Ormond Beach after visiting our friends there over the years (and it's not too far from both of our families). The beauty of the area speaks for itself but the location sealed the deal for us. We like spending a couple of relaxing days on the beach and eating at the local restaurants then taking day trips to nearby sites and activities. St. Augustine and Orlando is closer than you think (about an hour drive - all highway)!
