Wooded Estates is one of the few residential areas which directly border the campus of Notre Dame. As close as you will be to the action of an ND event, the neighborhood is a quiet oasis filled with mature trees and walkable streets. Walking distance highlights include (5-20 min.): Notre Dame Stadium, Eddy Street Commons, Purcell Pavilion (Joyce Center), Compton Family Ice Arena, The LineBacker, Belmont Beverage Liquor Store, Starbucks, Parisi's Restaurant, and Martin's Super Market. Please note that parties and events are not allowed.
