With living spaces w/ HDTV on either side of the kitchen area, groups can have their own space, but still feel very much together at the same time. Outside, enjoy the peace and privacy of the back patio on Friday evening, and then the action of gameday on the front lawn Saturday morning! Even the garage is equipped with TV and stereo system which face outside and complete the front yard tailgate party! Sights of Notre Dame across the street, and smells from our favorite Italian restaurant right next door... is this heaven??? 
Since its construction in 1959, for 63 seasons and counting, Notre Dame football and all the celebrations surrounding it have been observed and enjoyed thru the picture window at the front of this home. And for nearly every one of those home game Saturdays, pre-game festivities and fans of all ages have blessed this front yard. For many years, Touchdown Jesus, Notre Dame Stadium, and the Joyce Center were the only things you saw when looking out from this property. The campus has grown immensely since then, and from the front porch today, a much fuller athletics complex view now includes Compton Ice Arena, baseball’s Frank Eck Stadium, soccer’s Alumni Stadium, lacrosse’s Arlotta Stadium, the LaBar football practice complex, and of course, the Linebacker Lounge!
