The modern holiday apartments CKO526 and CKO546 are located on the ground floor of the beautiful detached house. Each has its own terrace with barbecue, while a table tennis table and the large, green garden are available for communal use. Enjoy your morning coffee and warm summer evenings on the terrace while your children play carefree in the garden. Ika is a small holiday resort on the famous Opatija Riviera, where there are many cultural and sports facilities as well as the Uka Nature Park. Next to Ika are the small town of Lovran and the fashionable Opatija. Try the local specialities in the good restaurants and swim at the beautiful beaches of Ika, Medveja, Moenika Draga and Brec.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr herzlich und ihr Mann auch! Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Meine Messer hatte ich selber mitgebracht, weil das erfahrungsgemäß immer ein Problem ist. Die Küche ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Der Grillplatz ist mit Gas und einer Grillplatte. Man braucht keine anzünde, keine Holzkohle! Sitzgelegenheiten sind vielfach vorhanden, Liegen ebenso. Die Vermieter sind wirklich eine Seele! Hatten für uns Feigen und Weintrauben. Kumquad durften wir selber pflücken. Eine echte Empfehlung! Der Blick auf die Bucht ist ein Traum!
