Clarksville
Place was nice. We did find some trash. No one could sleep in upstairs because the rooms had a lot of lady bugs and horse flies. There was a TV of sorts that didn’t work.

Cabin on the river
Everything was very nice, despite all the rain and having to stay indoors with our 2 dogs. We enjoyed waking up every morning and watching river change from all the rain. Its not every day you get to wake with a river at your back door! Thank you Andrea for allowing us to enjoy your place.

Peaceful!
Quiet, secluded, and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. View of rapids was fantastic and the property was covered with trails for walking.

Beware of lady bugs
Booking and checkin this property was a breeze. But once we reached the place, I found that there were lot of dead lady bugs and live bugs inside home everywhere. Mainly in the bathroom and bedrooms. I had to clean the place for around and hr with the vacuum. But again I noticed that I couldn’t clean the entire place as it was everywhere. When we wanted to check the loft, it was considerably more than the first floor. It kept coming our entire stay and I captured lot of pics too. When I reached the property manager, the answer I got is “it’s lady bug season”. I know it’s the season but I don’t expect the bugs inside home when I plan a vacation. I am really sorry to say this, we don’t expect a vacation like this with bugs. My kids were scared and not comfortable with the stay. Other than house, the location was wonderful but this place really needs a deep cleaning.
