Pet-Friendly Comfort: Bring your dogs along! We welcome canine guests and provide a fenced yard for their safety and enjoyment. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) A $150 pet cleaning fee applies to help maintain a fresh environment for all guests.
Community Pool: Cool off at the community pool, open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day (closed during winter). Enjoy daily access from 10 AM to 9 PM. Please note, the pool is managed by the HOA, so closures are beyond our control. Replacement fee for lost pool key cards is $100.

Everything was great! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. House was located perfectly between my family’s houses. House was perfect for our fur babies too. Backyard was just big enough for them to play in. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, well put together, and made us feel completely at home. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. Everything was just as described, and we left feeling like it was our own home away from home. Highly recommend!

Our family visited Kyle to view the 2024 Eclipse. The home was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the shopping areas and highways to Austin, the Hill Country and San Antonio.
The extra pluses included a well stocked kitchen and nice, private backyard.
This was a holiday visit to catch up with family. We were near Buda, Santa’s Ranch, and Austin. The fenced yard was great for the dog and plenty of bedrooms so kids could have their own spaces. The house is a bit dated but had everything we needed, and the owner was responsive to questions.
House was very well laid out, master was separate from the additional three bedrooms and there were two seating areas/living room spaces.
Heidi was very friendly and responded to all messages within a short amount of time.
Nice house. Owners responded quickly when we couldn’t figure out how to change the temp in the house. Quiet neighborhood. Loved that it was pet friendly.
Nice house, easily accommodates 8 adults (4 couples). The driveway is HUUUGE enough to park your tow rig and race car trailer, our trailer is 22 feet plus the Jeep Grand Cherokee, fit, no problem. Close to a few gasoline stations so you can fill up your fuel jugs before you head to the racetrack. And, the house is about 15 minutes from Harris Hill Raceway!
The size of the house and kitchen is very nice. Only a Queen in the master, which staying by myself was fine but definitely would have preferred a king if taking the family. Love that they allow animals as I was originally planning on brining mine but did not. The carpet you can tell is stained excessively with animal stains. But the overall cleanliness of the house is nice. Host was very nice and responded very quickly. Overall Nice stay.

This house was in a convenient location close to major stores and places to eat. It served its purpose as a place for us to sleep while visiting family. The house was tidy, vacuumed, and well stocked for our stay. I think the house is in need of a deep clean. There was a noticeable musty smell as soon as we arrived and my socks got very dirty after walking around inside for only about an hour. Since it is a pet friendly house, the carpets probably need to be professionally cleaned and shampooed and not just vacuumed.

I will trouble shoot this issue, maybe I need a new carpet cleaning company or maybe it had not dried all the way before your arrival. Again sorry about that and I will get this taken care of!
Stayed here for 4 nights. In town celebrating college graduation. House was perfect condition and very easy location to access. We waited late to book so I was worried about distance to campus, but it was close and very easy drive to San Marcus with easy access to 35.
House itself was clean and had all amenities we needed. Good floor plan gave us plenty of spade.
We stayed for the entire month of February 2022 for the purpose of visiting my mother who lives in the Onion Creek area of South Austin. This house was a mere 15 minute drive. Great location: It is close to stores and easy on and off from IH35. The neighborhood is good. We brought our 2 dogs and walked all over the place. Fenced back yard was also good for them. The house is described accurately on VRBO and was well stocked. We had no problems during our stay, and will stay there again. Thanks, Heidi!
