PRETTY COUNTRY HOUSE WITH SWIMMING POOL BETWEEN DINAN AND DINARD - 15 MN FROM THE BEACHES

Our stone house of about 140 M2 with swimming pool, partly renovated in 2016 and 2025 will welcome you in its green setting in the middle of the Dinan countryside in the Rance Valley – Emerald Coast Regional Natural Park.

Halfway between medieval Dinan and the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, the diversity of surrounding activities will meet all expectations (beaches, hiking, golf, coastal path...)

Change of owner in June 2024, which explains why there are few reviews: old Vrbo 10/10 reviews. The property is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist property.

Dinard is a 15-minute drive away and St Malo and Cancale are a 30-minute drive away. Dinan is a 10-minute drive away.
Gersey Island can be reached in 3/4 of an hour by boat from St Malo.
Mont St Michel is a 45-minute drive away.
Trémereuc golf course (9 holes) 10 minutes by car, superb Dinard golf course (18 holes) 25 minutes by car.

The house of about 140m² can accommodate up to 6 guests. The landscaped enclosed land is 1,000m² (with barbecue, garden furniture, 6 deckchairs and 3 parasols):

- on the ground floor: living room repainted in February 2025, dining room with island kitchen, back kitchen-laundry room, 1 bedroom repainted in February 2025 with a 160x200 bed and bathroom, separate toilet.
- On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
- on the 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom with a 160x200 bed (access to this room may be difficult for people whose height is > to 1.85 m due to the period staircase).

At your disposal, on request, we offer a baby welcome: high chair, bath, travel cot with foam mattress + Christmas tree with decorations.

You can enjoy the 9.20m x 4.50m outdoor swimming pool heated from May to the end of September (0.90m to 1.80m and with steps laid in 2024) or relax in winter by the fire...

Not overlooked, the house is surrounded by wheat fields or other crops. Just a small country road very little used. Calm guaranteed.
Fully enclosed land for your pets with lots of plantings, shrubs and flowers. New for 2025: Cypress, Cordyline, Hydrangea and Jasmine plantations.

The house is a 5-minute walk from the Paumerais farm and its shop, open from Tuesday to Saturday, offering for sale its artisanal products (meat, fruit, vegetables, various local products).
