Need relaxation and calm? Our pretty house is made for you! Built in 2023, it is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the GR34. You will be able to enjoy our hiking trails and its beautiful landscapes. The house is located in a quiet location and is close to amenities (shops 5/10 minutes by car). The house consists of 3 bedrooms (capacity of 6 people), a bathroom, a living room, kitchen, a pantry and a garage. A south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors on a deckchair or garden table. A barbecue is available for your outdoor meals.

Sehr schönes und toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Plouguerneau. Schön ruhig gelegen! Wir wussten von Anfang an, dass die Lage ohne Meerblick und eher in hinterer Reihe ist. Das hat uns kein bisschen gestört, weil wir uns vor Ort gut auskennen.Dieses Haus merken wir uns auf jeden Fall für die Zukunft. Gerne wieder!

Calme et tranquillité

Agréable séjour passé dans cette jolie maison neuve, au calme, située au bout d’une allée, bien équipée, très propre, moderne et fonctionnelle. Un salon de jardin permet de profiter pleinement de la terrasse et du jardin. Belle région à découvrir propice aux randonnées par le GR tout proche, ce chemin côtier vous dévoile des paysages magnifiques des abers et de la côte des légendes, de jolies petites plages sont à proximité et si vs pratiquez surf et body board la très belle plage de la grève blanche, à 3 km,vous attend à marée montante. Un vrai régal ! Vous pouvez rangez votre matériel et vélos dans le garage. N’oublions pas l’accueil des propriétaires très à l’écoute et que nous remercions pour leurs petites attentions.
