Family-friendly "La Vela beach house" with unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea and sandy beach

The beach house "LA VELA" is a luxury holiday home in a class of its own. Here guests will find a stylishly furnished house with wrap-around porch and two large sun terraces, where the sun can be enjoyed and relaxed in the beach chair or on lounge furniture.

The beach house has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires. You can cook in this kitchen with the existing wok Asian, bake cakes or conjure delicious local dishes. This kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Many spices are in stock, so no extra purchase is necessary.

The dining area is only separated from a counter with two bar stools. From the large dining table with comfortable bench you have direct view of the beach. At this table you can spend some nice evenings with friends or family. From there, the guest has access to the south terrace, where a beach chair invites you to relax and unwind.

In the light-flooded ground floor are still a tastefully furnished guest toilet with sink and the spacious living area. This is equipped with a modern corner sofa, fireplace, library and large flat screen TV and DVD player. From the sofa you can look directly onto the mouth of the Schlei in the Baltic Sea and in the evening you can admire the beacon of the lighthouse Schleimünde.

From the living area, they have access to the large terrace, from which not only the wonderful sunset over Maasholm, but also the sunrise over the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed. Here, guests can end the day with a sundowner in the lounge furniture and look at the nature reserve, which is not open to the public. There, the guests are all to themselves and can enjoy the untouched nature and the sound of the surf.

For entertainment in the living area, the Bose system with Bluetooth receiver and a Nintendo WII with board and controllers as well as a collection of games with Activity, Kniffel and much more.

Upstairs are two bright and high-quality bedrooms, which are equipped with 1.80 x 2.00 m double beds and fitted wardrobes. From both bedrooms, guests can look at the water. A stereo system with connection for Iphone / iPod and a TV complete the decor of the bedroom.

The modern and comfortable bathroom upstairs has a shower, toilet, large vanity and a spacious sauna (up to 100 degrees) with a heater, windows and direct access to the shower. Cuddly winter evenings can be wonderfully enjoyed here.

After the sauna, smell a little fresh Baltic air on the terrace and then cuddle up to the sofa in front of the crackling fireplace. The view of the surf of the Baltic Sea and the lighthouse of Schleimünde will enchant you. Beautiful you can not end a winter evening on the Baltic Sea.

The house also has a desk with a chair upstairs. On the ground floor there is a utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine. Directly on the property is a large lockable shed where bicycles or motorcycles can be placed. The two parking lots belonging to the house can comfortably accommodate two cars.

The entire property is enclosed by a hedge and lawn. The veranda running around the house offers the opportunity to always find a sheltered spot and enjoy the time on the Baltic Sea.

There have already been recordings for feature films in this house, as it has a special location, exclusive equipment and a wonderful ambience. Children are welcome in this house. A cot, stair gate, changing table, high chair, children's crockery and cutlery are available.

The holiday home LA VELA is part of the northern, exclusive Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the area.
