Die Lage ist top. Das Haus,war sehr sauber, der Service der Hausverwaltung war sehr gut.

Die Beach Villa ist sehr schön gelegen direkt am ORO-Strand und gleichzeitig mit Aussicht auf das Naturschutzgebiet von Terasse und Balkon. Im Winter ist der Aufenthalt für Hundebesitzer optimal, da die Hunde mitunter frei laufen können und Knallerverbot zu Silvester besteht.Die Sauna und der Kamin sind optimal für kalte Wintertage. Als Einziges zu bemängeln ist, dass das Haus eher für 4 Personen geeignet ist, anstatt für 6 Personen laut FeWo, Es sind nur zwei Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten vorhanden. Das „3. Schlafzimmer“ besteht aus 2 Schlafsesseln zum Ausklappen vor dem Kamin am Treppenaufgang ohne Abgrenzung als eigenes Zimmer. Unten neben der Küche ist zwar ein Schlafsofa, aber nicht gerade komfortabel.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und eigentlich ist alles bis auf 3 Punkte vorhanden, was man braucht (kleiner Eimer im Bad, Mixer und Schneebesen fehlten), da man ja selbst kochen muss. Die Zimmer sehen in wirklichkeit kleiner aus, als auf den Fotos der Hompage, aber ausreichend.Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus ist durch hohes Gras etwas verdeckt. Von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man eine sehr gute Sicht.Für Menschen mit einer Gehbeeinträchtigung ist die Unterkunft leider nicht geeignet (steile Treppen). Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.
