The main ensuite bathroom, located in the master suite, features a vanity with dual sinks and a walk in shower and private toilet room. The second bathroom close to the full bunk room includes a walk in shower with vanity and sink with amenities for convenience. The third bathroom in the hall is accessible to the main living area and adjacent to bedrooms #3 and #4.

The kitchen is just off the living room and features a minibar area to enjoy morning coffee or a quick bite. The fully loaded kitchen is the perfect place to create delicious meals to enjoy with loved ones. With plenty of utensils and cookware, you'll have all the essentials to accommodate your culinary needs. Adjacent to the kitchen you'll find the beautiful and comfortable dining space. This space can comfortably seat 10 and has room to pull up a high chair.

The game room features a mini-split for air conditioned fun while you enjoy some leisurely play or friendly competition. Kids and adults alike can enjoy a pool table which converts to a ping-pong table, shuffle-board, and arcade games. There is also a mini connect 4 for the littles to enjoy. Other indoor or outdoor games include Jenga, card games, puzzles, and more.

Step through the sliding glass doors from the master bedroom onto the screened in pool patio and you'll be greeted by a welcoming pool and relaxing ambiance. The dining area off of the kitchen also opens up to the screened patio and pool area.

The outdoor space also features a gorgeous, heated, swimming pool, comfortable outdoor sectional seating, loungers, and a dining table that comfortably seats 10. You can choose to soak up some rays on one of the 6 chaise lounge chairs, bean bag chairs or escape from the sun under one of 3 umbrellas.

The screened patio is equipped with powerful fans directed at the sofa seating that comfortably seats at least 6 to keep you cool during those summer days and an 55” smart TV to stream or watch movies.

If you're looking for a little more activity, refine your putting skills on a 4-hole mini-putt golf course that is equipped with glow in the dark balls for evening fun.

At night time, create lasting memories with your loved ones around the gas powered fire pit to roast marshmallows or make smores.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests—and to maintain the quality of our home—we kindly ask that you review the following:

• Minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees and may impact your reservation.

• This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas.

• No parties or events. This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Please ensure all guests are included on the reservation prior to arrival.

• Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

• Security cameras are located at the front door and side of the garage for guest safety and property protection.

• Rental agreement & ID verification are required prior to check-in. This quick process typically takes just a few minutes to complete. Check-in details will be provided once completed.
