Beautiful, secluded location yet everything you need is very close by.
Condo is fully furnished with High-quality southwestern decorate and most everything you need daily.
The Clubhouse with all of the amenities is less than a minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! Convenient location

We’re in Scottsdale to golf and this condo’s location makes it easy travel to the golf courses and shopping/dining is close by and convenient. The condo is clean and well kept up. As a result, we’re repeat customers.

Wonderful Resort Condominium Feel

Hosts very helpful and accommodating to questions and requests. Property is very well maintained and appointed. The common grounds are very well maintained. Location ideal for us as walking distance to grocery and retail and a short ride to everything else. Very easy access to McDowell Mountain trails and biking. Will return!

Family Time

I believe this is my fifth time staying at Signature. This unit is the largest since we had a family get together. There was hiking, putt putt golf, and lots of pool time! Great restaurants and able to see extended family and friends!! Thanks!!

This was a fantastic stay for us! 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Location was great, walking distance to a few stores/restaurants, and walking distance to a park with a playground, basketball and pickle ball courts. Perfect for our family. Unit was clean and very well appointed. Heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center were a very short walk and well maintained. Property manager (Debbie) was very responsive. Would stay again without hesitation!

Perfect family getaway

From the time we booked until we checked out the owner Debbie was wonderful. From making our keypad entry one we chose to recommending events in the area she was very friendly and helpful. The condo was great as it was close to wonderful hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from MLB spring training too. Only downside if I had to pick one was you could hear street noise from the master. Fortunately, we tired ourselves out so adjusted just fine. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the kids loved the small putting green and it was nice the condo had the clubs too. We would highly recommend this condo. Thanks Debbie for everything!

Great Getaway

My wife and I and another couple truly enjoyed this condo in the northern part of Scottsdale. Located on the second floor of a multi-building complex, it was super clean. It had three bedrooms including the master bedroom. Both bathrooms were very nice and the showers were great. We each had our privacy and the the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck had plenty of room for the four of us and having a living room and dining room was a bonus. The community building and heated pool and hot tub were only about a hundred yards away and were very nice. The owners made it very easy to get in and explained all of the house details accurately. We would highly recommend this condo!

Lovely home

We loved this condo for our week-long trip. Our kids were very comfortable in the fun bunk beds and we loved having our own big suite. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was perfect for relaxing. The parking and pool are very convenient. Walking distance to shops, including coffee and a nice grocery store. We would love to stay here again!
