We tried to messsage the agency to let them know we were arriving after 6pm but i dont think they saw our messages. It worked out ok though as they left the keys in a lock box at the agency.The apartment building looks a bit dated from the outside and as you make your way up to the second floor. Inside it is pleasant enough. The kitchen is tiny, with very little room to do anything. I would describe the apartment as basic - no toilet roll, washing up liquid, cloths, t towels. We brought our own bedding, as expected. Beware French pillows are not the same size as English ones!Lots of beds upstairs, but some of mattresses and duvets were quite old. Be aware toilet is downstairs, stairs and floorboards and doors all very creaky!
