Located on the "Côte de la Vierge" (Virgin's Coast), this villa, built in the 1970s by an English shipowner (who wanted to keep an eye on the port and its boats), offers a beautiful living space with access to a terrace/garden and 4 bedrooms, all with sea/port views. On the lower level: - A tastefully decorated living area with a lounge (non-functional fireplace), dining room (seats 8), and a separate, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, fondue set, electric griddle).
