This magnificent and authentic Norman half-timbered thatched cottage is located on the heights of the classified valley of Ganzeville. Your hosts welcome you to the beautifully named "beautiful sun" address.

Located in the countryside less than 2 hours from PARIS, 20 minutes from ETRETAT, the proximity of the city FECAMP will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the city center (less than 5 minutes), its beach and the sea (10 minutes) as well as its brand new Fisheries Museum.

The complete and recent renovation has been carried out with care and quality, special attention has been paid to offer you a warm, bright and authentic atmosphere. The house facing south is built on a plot of 3000m².

This large capacity cottage can accommodate 11 people + 2 babies, it will allow you to have an area of 180 m2 on two levels. it consists of: a large living room dining room / living room with fireplace, a very large functional and friendly kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a single sink and a walk-in shower and the other including a double sink, a shower and a freestanding bath), 2 separate toilets, a sauna with capacity for 5 people.

The sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows:
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed 180x200,
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed 180x200,
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed 160x200,
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed 160x200,
- 1 dormitory on the landing with 3 single beds of 90x200,

Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für einen gelungenen Urlaub ausgestattet. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Ausflugsziele. Ein Supermarkt ist in 10 min zu erreichen. Julie ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin und eine tolle Hilfe vor Ort. Wir kommen gern wieder.

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at The North West Cottage. Julie was great, very friendly, left us alone and extremely helpful when required. The property was perfect. The garden was great, our dog absolutely loved it. Location was really quiet and a 5 min drive to the nearest supermarket. We will be staying again in 2023!

Alles gut und fürsorgliche Vermieter. In der Beschreibung steht leider nichts davon dass 2 Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer sind, sodass 5 Personen für schlafen. Ansonsten alles prima.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell beim nächsten Supermarkt , in Fecamp und anderen sehenswerten Orten. Julie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit .
