Short but comfortable stay

We stayed for 2 nights on our way to South Padre and to celebrate my husband's birthday. The condo was very spacious, super comfortable and nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive with communication and we would definitely stay here again.

Christmas trip

We absolutely loved this Condo!! It was extremely nice, roomy and plenty of sleeping space. A very quiet place which is what we needed but close to so many things. Beautiful view of the pool area on the porch and slight view of Ocean. I would highly recommend this place!

Seas the Day

We had such a great stay! The photos, though great, genuinely do not showcase a few areas- the size of the condo itself, the fact that each room has its own bathroom area, the sheer size of the master suite and the direct and close proximity to the pool area that leads to road/beach access. This is a perfect condo for groups as there is plenty of room to stretch out. We will definitely return!

A real Gem

The condo was amazing! It was very clean and spacious and offers everything you need for your stay. There is a great view of the pool and you can see the gulf from the balcony off the living room. It was walking distance to Walmart which was great when we wanted to run and grab something real quick. Highly recommend especially if you have a large group.

Everything was perfect The garbage disposal on the sink is not operating but it wasn't a big deal we noted one area that had marks on it but it wasn't that noticeable everything else is perfect you will definitely be coming back

Big problems with air conditioning

This is a beautiful unit, unfortunately the air conditioning unit for the back two bedroom had no cool air. It took us multiple contacts with the owner to get Freon into the unit on Friday. The nights were horrible due to the heat. The cool air then started running out again Saturday evening. We asked for some kind of compensation for the 3 days/2 nights of no air. The owners, although highly defensive, said they would give us a compensation but... it required actually contacting VRBO to get action. The VRBO representative was more than helpful!

Most relaxing, comfortable, fully equipped home away from home

This property was EVERYTHING our family of 6 needed for an extended evacuation from our damaged town and home after hurricane Ida. It didn’t feel like a rental at all. It felt like HOME. Check in process was easy. Go to main office for pool bands, parking pass, and gate code. Drive right up to your rental. Park. Unpack. Use the easy electric lock to open to your new hime for the week. The decor as you enter is classy, beach, and really puts you in a jovial, relaxed mood. It makes you want to just drop your bags at the door and sigh.” Ahhhhhhhh”. The linens and beds are very comfortable. Light and plush. Yep air conditioners allow everyone to be comfortable. The two pools are absolutely beautiful and well kept. The grounds and rental are immaculate. We had plenty towels to use. And we washed when we needed more. Loved using the fancy Keurig and the nice coffee cups. Nothing is cheap or half done here. Rene or Will return your questions very promptly and kindly. There’s a neat little binder with restaurant recommendations which we enjoyed checking out. The game closet really suited my children. And even the teenager was please to have a nice tv to hook his PS4 up to. The location is right across from Wal-Mart and immediately across from the beautiful beach. We wish we could have stayed longer and will absolutely be back soon!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! The pictures just don't do it justice, you walk in and are in awe of the space this place has. The big bedroom was perfect for our one family with 2 babies. They loved the twin beds!!! It was so close to all of the places we wanted to visit plus Walmart right across the street, can't get any better than that! The only problem we had was there was no dish soap, dishwasher soap or trash bags but I messaged the host and he responded very quickly and even refunded my money for purchasing these items plus some. We were so pleased with this place, we already want to come back and are looking into another trip!! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!

Convenient Location

Great beach access. The parking fee should be included in the rental. Having to go to the office and pay 40 per vehicle to park in the private parking lot was odd.

We loved the condo. We couldn’t get over how big it was. It was so spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was nice and having the beach right across the street was great and being close to restaurants and WalMart was convenient. There was good communication with the owner. We would like to come back and stay there again sometime.

Great experience!

Our experience was so great we want to return for a week! The condo exceeded our expectations with its beautiful beach themed decor (complete with a Christmas tree!) The kitchen was well appointed with anything we could need. Everyone was pleased with the sleeping arrangements and at no time did we feel we crowded. The location on the seawall was perfect and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. We were a bit confused by our exit instructions because we could not find the laundry on the 3rd. floor. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience!

Great location, rental size and pool

Had a 3 night stay at dawn condos. Would definitely come again if ever staying here. Short walk to the beach and 2 really nice pool areas to lounge in. The place itself was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space to sleep and also relax. Only minor complaint was a bad mildew smell likely from previous Guests having wet clothes alll around the furniture or carpets and it not airing out in time. Nothing that a candle or air freshener could not solve. The place was very clean with plenty of towels. Communication with the host was a bit slow but nothing terrible. 5 stars.

Family Trip

“Seas the Day” was perfect for our family trip! The property is located close to all the fun activities we did like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, putt putt and bowling. The pool is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order during our stay. The unit was spacious and decorated so cute! Management was easy to get in touch with and the instructions for check-in and check-out were simple and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend a stay at “Seas the Day”!
