Comfortable and with great attention to detail high-quality 4-bedroom attic apartment with a large south-west and northeast balcony. Spacious living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, dining area and open kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave. Flat-screen TV. From the living room direct access to the spacious south-west facing balcony with 2 comfortable lounge chairs and comfortable balcony furniture set. Two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, one with a flat screen TV. From the larger bedroom direct access to the north-east balcony. Adjacent to this bedroom bathroom with shower, tub, double sink and toilet. As a retreat oasis is another room which is equipped with comfortable reading couch, and a desk. The second bathroom has a shower, and sink and toilet.
