The "Berglounge" holiday apartment on the 3rd floor is centrally located just a few meters walk from Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station, the Zugspitze train station and the bus station in a traffic-calmed residential complex and is therefore a real recommendation for all guests who do not travel by car. The approximately 66 m2 apartment offers you all the amenities you need for a successful vacation. The heart of your vacation apartment, the living and dining area with balcony, is bright and friendly. Here you will find a cozy sofa and a Smart TV as well as a dining area with table and chairs. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee filter machine, toaster and kettle. The first bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed with open foot end, closet, smart TV and desk. The second bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed (can be separated into two single beds) with an open foot end and closet. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower with seat, WC, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. The balcony with awning and Weber electric barbecue is a wonderful place to enjoy and relax. In the underground garage (access to the apartment by elevator) you will not only find a parking space for your car belonging to the apartment, but also a storage room for bicycles and skis. A baby crib and high chair are also available. There is also a playground in the apartment complex. Thanks to the apartment's absolutely central location, you can reach the Garmisch district with various shopping facilities, pedestrian zone, tourist information, spa gardens, casino, theater, etc. on foot in just a few minutes. The center of Partenkirchen with the historic Ludwigstraße is also only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for a variety of activities at any time of year: long walks, hikes and mountain bike tours in the warm season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. From here you can easily reach the cross-country ski trails and the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas by bus and train, offering a variety of slopes and unique impressions. We loved staying here! The location is perfect for the surrounding sites and grocery stores are a short walk into town. The apartment was clean and very well taken care of. Property Manager was incredibly helpful and always answered quickly and kindly. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, so handy to have in our apartment. Note that no shampoo or laundry soap etc provided. Only reservation about staying here again would be the money transfer and fees. I wish we could have paid through VRBO instead of transferring money from our USA bank and paying the transfer fees. Ended up costing way more. I would stay here again though. We loved it!

Die Wohnung liegt nah am Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar, perfekter Startpunkt für diverse - in unserem Fall leichte - Wandertouren. Der Bahnhof der Zugspitzenbahn ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet - man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause - hat einen Blick auf die Zugspitze und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Ein besonderes Lob an das Reinigungsteam, alles glänzte und es war kein einziges Staubkorn zu sehen!! Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ort - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben gelegen und ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Klare Empfehlung!
Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist top. Bettwäsche in weiß und war schon bezogen. Handtücher in weiß. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gefühlt als ob wir zu Hause waren.

Sehr sehr gut. Ist Neubau und sehr Modern eingerichtet. Sehr Zentral da die Wohnung in der nähe des Bahnhofs ist, dadurch sind auch Restaurants in der Nähe.
