Newly renovated property on brick lined street centrally located. The home is on a double lot with professionally manicured tropical yard. Located off of 5th Ave North. Close to Kenwood, and only 2 miles to downtown festivities. 15 min to the beach. Large covered Lanai to enjoy the outdoors. Minimum 28 night stays. We accept up to 9 month stays.
