Our cottage "Le Tilleul" is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Molières. This farm has been completely restored to ensure calm and comfort. Its independent and secure swimming pool will ensure you a relaxing stay with family or friends.
Ideally located on the border of the Black and Purple Périgord. You can visit nearby typical villages, prehistoric caves, many castles. For sports enthusiasts, there is no shortage of activities: canoeing, mountain biking, hiking
Accommodation
Périgord house (150m2) in a typical farmhouse; courtyard and garden with covered terraces, parking, private swimming pool (4x8m). Wifi, TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor, living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet, play/reading area on the mezzanine.
Other remarks
This cottage is rented on a preferential basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Cleaning of 100€ will be paid on site.

Possibility to rent sheets and towels: 17€/1 person, 23€/2 people.

Sylvain nous a très bien accueilli, il nous a mis des disposition des douceurs périgourdines comme cadeau de bienvenue ! Très appréciable !Le gîte est très agréable et typique. Il bénéficie de tout le matériel nécessaire pour répondre à nos besoins.Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine après nos balades.Sylvain s'est toujours montré disponible lorsque nous avons rencontré certaines petites difficultés.Hôte très sympathique que nous recommandons sans problème.
