The property is set in its own mature grounds up a cul de sac for extra privacy, We are 10 minutes from Lalinde 15 minutes from Issigeac famous market town and 20 minutes from Bergerac.
The complete downstairs apartment is private to guests where their entrance backs on to the patio area and the 11.5 x 5.5m pool. There are 2 steps from the upper patio to the pool area, also the pool is over a metre deep at the shallow end. For these reasons it is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
The gite apartment is clean and has a refreshing atmosphere and the area is tranquil with beautiful bird song without traffic noise. See the extra info in the facilities section.

We had looked for months and months, we looked at more expensive and less expensive properties when we first laid eyes on this little house we knew it had just the right ambiance we were looking for, a truly wonderful setting, and even though it had a lot of work to do on it, it was well worth it, as were sure you will agree once you've stayed here. Our reviews on this site and trip advisor speak for themselves.
What makes this property unique
We moved here in June 2013 and to us every day is like a holiday, its a combination of factors, the house and area has a big part to play and then there is the French way of life that's like going back in time to our childhoods, what can we say, its like living the dream and we want to share that dream with you.
