This stone village house with swimming pool, located between Uzès and Bagnols sur Cèze in a village with shops within walking distance. It offers a single-storey living space open to the outside and to the sun-drenched swimming pool. It consists on the ground floor, of a large living room with high ceilings, a small cosy living room with wood stove, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a pantry/laundry room. On the ground floor, 1 large bedroom of 20 m² with shower room and toilet and 2 other bedrooms. Functional, very pleasant to live in
