The rooms were perfect, everything was clean! Even the pool! We needed to get into the property earlier than i had originally planned and the host was able to make it happen, no questions asked. Every enjoyable experience!!

Friends on spring break

Two families traveling together for break. The house was perfect for our kids ranging from ages 7-15. Many games, activities, and the backyard was perfect. The weather was chillier than expected but the pool/hot tub warmed up nicely. Kids also had a blast in the game room.Host was easy to communicate with, and house was in an easily accessible location.

Close to downtown Palm Springs. Lots of activities for the entire family. This is a great property for entertaining young and old. We would stay here again!

Family Getaway in Palm Springs

We had a lovely few days at the beautiful Villa San Michael. It was very spacious and clean, great outdoor facilities, and great location. Would certainly return next time we are in Palm Springs.

A Beautiful House w/ a Great Pool and Hot Tub

I was very happy with the house. A great space for a large group, a beautiful pool and hot tub, and a reasonable ride to the Palm Springs nightlife. The property manager was very easy going, which was much appreciated.

Weekend family get away.

Spacious and clean all around family, friendly accommodations. Our stay was very enjoyable. They have a beautiful backyard yard where you can barbecue and spend time by the pool. Inside they had every thing you need to enjoy a nice stay. Host was easily reached and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this home for your next trip to Palm Springs.

Amazing girls trip!

The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. We had an absolute blast. Narek is an amazing host and even allowed us to check in early. Will definitely be renting this house again when going back to Palm Springs. 10/10!

Amazing Property! Came as advertised!

We stayed here with 6 adults, 4 children and a newborn baby. We all enjoyed the property and never had to leave except to get groceries (5 min drive from the house). You have full control over the AC and the heat for the pool and jacuzzi. Great game room in the garage with multiple games to play with. Kids had a blast. Would stay here again!

Nice property but there is an ant problem in bedrooms and especially the kitchen. We had to spray constantly throughout the week. The hand held shower head mount came off.

Amazing!

My family and I just spent Labor Day weekend here (fri-Monday) and I have to say we were blown away by the cleanliness of the home. That is the first thing we all noticed. This was my first trip with my 2.5 month old and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The house is perfect, kitchen fully stocked with all necessary utensils, and yard is a true entertainers yard. Also beautifully decorated and the game room huge plus. All the kids loved it. I can go on and on about how much we loved this home :) Narek was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will most definitely be staying here again. Thank you for everything!!

Family haven

We had 10 in our family and needed a large enough place to fit all of us for an 8 night stay. This property was spacious and open and the large indoor and outdoor dining tables & chairs easily accommodated our group. Our son is a pianist and loved the Baby Grand. Many evenings spent playing piano with family singing along! The kitchen was large but wasn't as well stocked with staples as we've experienced in other vrbo properties, as we did a lot of cooking and grilling. The outdoor grill area was great! The smaller bedrooms have no dressers, but the master suite had 2. The only place to put our clothing was the small drawer of the nightstand and the shelf below that. We've had other properties where small dressers were inside the closets. We had to request more towels as we didn't have enough for all 10 of us, and there were only 4 washcloths. More dish towels for the kitchen would be helpful. Maybe a water filter for the refrigerator water? The water tasted terrible so we kept a pitcher with water, lime and lemon slices in the fridge so we could drink the water. The pool and Jacuzzi were great and we used them even when the weather turned cold and rainy. We did have difficulty with the NOT user friendly pool/ spa controls, but our landlord responded immediately to help. In general, he was available when we had any questions or needs. We liked the location and found a park/playground in walking distance from the house. The game room was also great fun, with a lot of competitions happening all week long. All in all we had a great experience there, despite the drastic change in weather, and would recommend this property for other families.

Summer 5 trip

Fun! Fun! Fun!

A great house for staying with family for the long weekend. Kids had fun with the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had good equipment since we cooked every meal.There was some airplane noise, but not noticeable in the house. Everyone loved the Poker room and there were lots of card games played around the table. There were some games on site as well. Be sure that all the play equipment is operational.

Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect house for a birthday celebration with just the girls. Less than 5 minutes from downtown and an easy drive to Joshua Tree, if you feel the need to leave the house. The house had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen and an amazing backyard. We hated to leave the pool for the few trips that we took. Narek was quick to respond to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family getaway!

This property served as the perfect home base to explore Palm Springs. With a beautiful pool area and lots to do on the property, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy between trips to town. The neighborhood is nice and quiet - this property is great for a chill vacation. The space is equipped for larger groups with adequate seating and a well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lacking details

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house! There were some details that we have noticed were not in tip top shape. This may sound a little negative and picky, but considering how much money we have paid for this week, this house could be much better. The mattresses are over used and not comfortable, one cozy chair in the kitchen is totally falling apart, there are two can openers and both didn't work, the pool cleaning net has more wholes than anything else, the decorative water fall lights were blinking, the wire pit housing was loose and wouldn't ignite. These few things would improve the stay in this house by a lot!
