Just renovated in July 2021. This one bedroom, one bath condo is centrally located in South Forest Beach. King size bed, reclining leather sofa, fully stocked kitchen, air purifier, and washer/dryer in the unit. There is both an outdoor and indoor pool/jacuzzi in the complex. New tennis and pickleball courts. Only three blocks to the beach, Lowcountry Celebration Park, and 1 mile from Coligny Plaza. Walk or bike to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful condo

My wife and I spent the weekend here and had a great time. The unit has been recently remodeled and done very nicely. Kitchen and bathroom are just outstanding. Furniture is new and comfortable. Great king size bed. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. Just a short walk to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. We go to HHI a few times a year and will definately be back to this unit.
