This exceptional and desirable, one-bedroom, top floor ocean villa offers a blend of high-end furnishings with a nautical sailing décor; and features a magnificent view of the ocean, pool, and beach. Your imagination sets sail from the very first look at this comfortable and sparkling clean villa. Located just steps from the beach, HHI Topsail comes complete with resort amenities.

HHI Topsail has undergone an extensive makeover including an upscale living room total renovation with new furnishings; and sports all brand new luxury linens, kitchen servingware, small appliances and refrigerator. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom, and separate shipmate bunks. It is great for a couple but will accommodate a small family.

Close to the beach, very clean. View of the ocean. No elevator as description claimed but was given a small rebate for that. Excellent customer service. Enjoyed my stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. There is an elevator, that broke down during your stay, and we returned $100 for the inconvenience that was beyond our control. The elevator was repaired and is in full working condition.

The high humidity was restored to the regular level a couple of hours after resetting the AC fan to the "auto" position from "on" position. There was, and continues to be, no mold.
