VIEUX BOUCAU, pleasant duplex for 6 people in a residence with swimming pool, close to shops and beach and providing a nice view on the sea lake. Ideally located for walking or cycling in the area. The ocean is at 2 steps for surfing or lazing. Come and relax in our beautiful region.
Composition: on the ground floor: ENTRANCE, CABIN (2 bunk beds), LIVING ROOM with fitted and equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave/grill, ceramic hob 2 rings, refrigerator/freezer), LIVING ROOM with seating (2 extra beds) and TV, BATHROOM (bath, washbasin), separate toilet; upstairs: BEDROOM: 2 single beds. BATHROOM: washbasin and shower. TERRACE: garden furniture. Nice view on the lake. Shared bike storage. Capacity: 6 people.
A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included.
