Cozy Downtown Condo with Kitchenette - Top Floor - Walk to Everything

Top Floor - Beautiful and charming condo within walking distance of everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Wonderful mountain views from the balcony and the condo is top floor of building and in a corner unit with great view of the pool down below. NEW Mattress and Box Springs on the king size bed in the bedroom and new real leather sofa in living room. New sofa is not a sleeper, but we have a new Queen air mattress and all the linens for the queen mattress are in the storage ottoman in front of the sofa.

Beautiful & Convenient !!

If you're looking for a spot that's convenient to everything on the parkway, then this is it !! Unit 411 is beautiful, cozy and comfortable and just a short walk to Bennett's BBQ, Calhoun's, and Flapjack's Pancake House. Park once and start walking - no pricey parking lot fees to worry about. Additionally, the king-sized bed was perfect, as well as the comfy sofa in the Living Room. The condo owner is delightful and was very focused on making that we were taken care of. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg.

Great location

Great location for walking to everything in Gatlinburg. The unit was clean and nicely decorated, just like in the listing pictures. The HOA needs to do an update to the building/pool/grounds overall, but that is no fault to the unit owner.

Clean and Quiet

Unit was very clean and quiet—no noise from guests or street. My only complaint would be parking—very tight spaces but that was caused my so many guest driving extended size pickups and it was difficult maneuvering around them. And in Saturday night, when we returned there were no available parking spots except handicapped. But the unit itself was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and I would definitely recommend and return. Thanks to our host for high standards!

Nice Downtown Condo

This condo is located within a short few minute walk to the best restaurants in downtown Gatlinburg. It is right off the strip with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable king sized bed with ceiling fan. The living room has an electric fireplace that gives nice glow and puts out heat if needed. Also has a large television there as well. Would definitely come back.
