The Gite BOUTON d'OR is located on the 2nd floor of a small residence of 4 apartments, in a quiet area near the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, and 30 minutes from Annecy.
Accommodation of 60m², comfortable and functional, clean, composed of a living room renovated in 2024 with equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher ...), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed renovated in 2024. Each bedroom has a bathroom. TV in the living room. 2 private balconies. Access to the on-site spa is included, as is the heated swimming pool in summer.
The apartment is located on the heights of Saint Jean de Sixt, 200 m from the village, shops and restaurants. Free shuttles will take you to the foot of the slopes.
These rentals ensure you cosy comfort, while using renewable energies (wood heating and solar hot water).
In addition to your rental, you have access to a garden with children's games, a collective barbecue area for rentals, and the facilities of our establishment: swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi...

Appartement confortable et idéalement situé

Appartement bien confortable et aménagé pour un séjour à la montagne, surtout par rapport à ce qui peut être proposé directement dans les stations de ski où le logement ferait le double en prix et la moitié en surface. Certes il faut prendre la voiture ou la navette pour monter sur la Clusaz mais cela prend 10min ! Très bon accueil et un SPA sur place bien agréable après une journée de ski. Je recommande
