Gîte Chez Mamie A pleasant and quiet cottage by the sea
Good morning,
We offer a cottage for 4 people located in Saint Marcouf au Gougins, 100 meters from the beach, accessible on foot in 5 minutes.
You are 10 minutes from the landing beaches at Utah Beach, 15 minutes from Montebourg for the supermarket and service station and 7 minutes from Quineville for a seaside restaurant and a local grocery store.
The cottage has a private courtyard closed by a gate
It is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living/dining room area with television and a convertible sofa.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190 double bed and the other with 2 90x190 single beds.
There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.
It is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board with iron and a drying rack at your disposal.
As well as garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue for you to relax.
Sheets and towels are not provided
Animals are not accepted.
It is a non-smoking gîte.
There is no wifi in the gîte
Electricity will be metered upon arrival of the customer and upon departure will be billed at 0.24 per kWh
A deposit check of €350 will be requested upon arrival.

Gite superbe au bord de la mer, bien équipé, conforme à la description.Bémol, la propreté n'était pas au rendez vous. (Cafetière, vaisselle mouillée, plaque de gaz pas nettoyé, poussière, bonde de l'évier très sale))et au moment de faire un coup de propreté avant notre départ, pas de seau pour laver, aspirateur avec sac crevé a l'intérieur et plein de poussière, dommage de ne pas avoir un peu de matériel pour faire un coup de propre.

Un magnifique gîte très bien équipé, lumineux, avec un grand jardin. Très bonne literie. Tout le nécessaire d'entretien sur place. Lorie nous a accueillis avec des cadeaux (cidre, gâteaux) et s'est montrée très réactive. Belles promenades alentour. Nous recommandons vivement

Le calme en bord de mer
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison bien équipée et au calme. À deux pas de la plage et dans une région pleine d'Histoire et de sentiers cyclistes, il y a à faire. Merci à nos hôtes, nous reviendrons peut-être !
