Bonjour, Je pense que l'appréciation note le système de location et non le logement car la location n'a pas pu aboutir. En effet, l'argent a été ponctionné par Abritel dès la demande de réservation mais il y a eu un bug entre 2 interfaces de réservation et le logement n'était pas libre. Je suis vraiment sincèrement désolée de ce désagrément et du délai de remboursement. Je n'ai pour ma part rien touché. J'aurai plaisir à vous recevoir une prochaine fois. Mes excuses les plus sincères. J'essaye de tout régler pour que ça n'arrive plus jamais.
