Bonjour, si vous avez réservé et souhaitez un remboursement, envoyez-moi une preuve de paiement et je ferai volontiers le nécessaire pour récupérer votre argent. Je vous explique que mon appartement n'était pas prêt à recevoir des invités car je n'ai jamais rempli les documents requis par la demande, je m'en excuse donc.
