ROSE Holidays offers you this superb apartment on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with a lift (accessible after a few steps), offering an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne.
Capacity: up to 4 people.
Located on the embankment, in the front line facing the ocean, in direct proximity to the main beach and shops.
The apartment includes:
Bright living room-dining area open to a balcony with sea view, equipped with a sofa, TV, WiFi, dining table and chairs.
South-facing balcony with table, chairs, and sun loungers.
Fully equipped independent kitchen: gas hobs (x2), dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.
Bathroom with shower, sink unit and hair dryer.
Separate toilet.
Night side:
Bedroom 1: double bed 140, bedside tables and chest of drawers
Bedroom 2: two 90 beds (or 180), bedside tables and chest of drawers
Parking: small parking space in a private garage in the basement of the residence.
6 minutes' walk from the town centre and Arago market.
10 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station.
12 minutes' walk from the fishing port and its restaurants.
