Close to ASU, Mill Ave, the airport, shopping, restaurants, and more! The home is perfect for hosting families or groups. Pleasant and quiet stay

The house has been recently remodelled and has been kept up well (nice and clean). The location also strikes a nice balance of being relatively easy to reach from the freeways and being close to activity centers in Tempe, while situated in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family of five, including teenagers.

Location was great for baseball tournament. Clean house and property manager was responsive and friendly.

Great remodel in older, quiet residential area. Pool was unusable as it is not heated. Close to everything. House was really, really nice with a very high quality remodel job.
