Huis is netjes, echter heeft geen airconditioning wat wel vermeld is in de advertentie. Er is koeling via de warmtepomp/vloerverwarming maar dat is lang niet zo effectief als AC met binnen units. Het zwembad is verwarmd, dat is een plus. Groot nadeel is dat er serieus overlast is van vliegen. Ramen en deuren moeten gesloten blijven. Bij aankomst functioneerde zwembadverlichting niet maar werd meteen door eigenaar gerepareerd. Ligging is mooi met mooi uitzicht op Geneve. Verder alle voorzieningen aanwezig

Villa spacieuse moderne spacieuse , bien équipé avec suberbe jardin et grande piscine , Coins de repos à l‘ombre , belle végétations . 30 km entre Genève et Annecy à la campagene , près du Jura, dix minutes d‘un suüermarché Grand living et cuisine , Grand chambres à coucher , matelas confortable .
