This modern, spacious, comfortable, unique loft is conveniently located right in Downtown Atlanta and minutes away from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, and Centennial Park. Enjoy Atlanta's local eateries and nightlife, right outside your front door. Upscale Loft is perfect for the modern nomad, travel nurses, and everything in between.

Upscale Lofts is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom loft. One full bedroom with a door and one open concept room located when you first walk in. The bedroom consists of a Queen Size bed whereas the front room carries a Queen Size EZ- Bed Air Mattress with a Frame, which is self-inflatable.

Upscale Lofts is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay:

**FREE WIFI**

*A fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook a full course meal.

* Complimentary towels and wash clothes for your stay.

* Stackable washer and dryer.

* 70 & 50 inch HD flat-screen TVs, surround sound, and PS4 for your entertainment

* Workspace with a desktop that can be used to get work done while on vacation.

Not only is this building packed with character, but there are also a few amenities available to you such as:

*A fully functioning gym located in the basement. (code will be given upon booking)

* A rooftop lounge area available from 9a.m-9p.m, located on the 3rd floor to the left of the elevator.

As a guest of Upscale Lofts, you have access to the gym and lounge nook located on the basement level, as well as the rooftop lounge area located on the 3rd floor.

**Please note guests are not allowed to use rooftop grills, those are only allowed for use if booked through the leasing office. The rooftop is monitored.
