Quality services with very well equipped American kitchen.
The bright living room with a large volume overlooking a private and fenced garden.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with new bedding 160 and 90 and closet.
A mezzanine can serve as a bedroom with a sofa bed. at your disposal as well as a desk area with a computer.
You will also have 2 bathrooms at your disposal.
WC on the ground floor and upstairs.

Wonderful

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The house was perfect for us (2 couples) and exactly as described. Sylvain met us upon our arrival and 2 bottles of excellent wine from his family’s winery we’re chilling in the refrigerator. He was very helpful and accommodating during our entire 5 day stay. His family and the neighbors couldn’t have been nicer. We hope to return next year and would highly recommend this property to everyone.

House in vineyards at Gaillac

This property is impressive & is extremely clean. The facilities are excellent with air conditioning to all major rooms. The living area is spacious. The large garden & patio offer a good outdoor living area with a large shaded area for protection from the sun. We cannot recommend this highly enough. It certainly exceeded our expectations. The owners are extremely courteous and helpful. Would certainly rent again.

Merci pour votre commentaire ! Ironique Vue la météo en effet il y avait des feuilles sur la terrasse. Le parasol ainsi que les transats de me paraissait pas de rigueur. Je pensais faire l'impasse financières sur le bac du frigo cassé. Ça ne sera pas le cas !

Maison bien équipée et agréable à vivre même par mauvais temps. Notre hôte nous a agréablement reçu. L'accueil des animaux serait un petit plus :)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le gite est spacieux et très confortable, la clim à été un plus avec les fortes chaleurs. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil, et arrangeant, je recommande ce gite pour un séjour en famille ou en amis, a refaire le seul point B c'est la route assez passagère, mais à l'intérieur du gite il n'y a aucun bruit

Super noël 2020 en famille !

Le gîte est une maison rénovée avec goût: moderne, confortable, esthétique et très pratique pour permettre des moments de vie et de convivialité ! Grande cuisine très bien équipée, salon cathédrale spacieux et lumineux, canapé confort apprécié, 3 vraies chambres, 2 salles de bain très pratiques, chauffage efficace, et un hôte tres abordable et joignable. Hartelijke verwelkoming door de eigenaar. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Deze woning was werkelijk een verrassing. Modern en praktisch ingericht. Voorzien van alle apparatuur zoals airco en compleet ingerichte keuken met Amerikaanse koelkast. Kindvriendelijke afgesloten tuin. Ruime parking voor de deur. Wifi en bureau met pc gratis ter beschikking.

Un bel endroit pour visiter Gaillac et ses environs

Hébergement très appréciable. Très propre et très bien équipé. La saison ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardin et du barbecue mais ça nous donne l'occasion de revenir. Gentille attention de la part du propriétaire à notre arrivée. Vraiment tout pour se sentir bien. Literie très confortable, vrai canapé dans le salon, tout est de qualité. Expérience à renouveler sur un séjour plus long, un week-end est trop court...

Excellent séjour malgré une météo plus que médiocre, maison tout confort. Il manque peut être quelques petits détails (Théière, ciseaux, spatules en bois, un peu de batterie de cuisine style grill et poêle) mais vraiment tout cela compensé par un très chaleureux accueil avec à ne pas manquer à proximité une cave à visiter sans modération. Le plus ... un jardin clôturé avec jeux pour enfants.
