2 bedroom 2 full bath condo. Large balconies off of the master bedroom and the family room. Private entry. Small community with attached two car garage - second floor above garages with no one above you or next to you. Stunning views. New furniture and appliances. Walk to pool, hot tub and bbq area. Safeway, Starbuck and DJ's bagels is across street. Very quiet

This is our second home in Fountain Hills - it's the perfect place for us and we hope it will be for you as well. We just love the amenities in FH - the festivals are fun, dining is top notch (new sushi restaurant in town is our favorite) and the people are very friendly and welcoming.
