Beautiful Rental In Kierland Area-World Class Golf, Dining & Shopping! Near Mayo
This beautiful house can sleep up to 6 in the bedrooms and even more with inflatable mattresses. It has been remodeled and nearly everything is new. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pool, grass for pets, golf, shopping & restaurants are just down the road! There are 2 grocery stores within a mile of the house - Fry's & Safeway. The house has a 2-car garage along with streaming TV. We have provided all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable - Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, grill, smoker, wine opener, can opener and more! The pool has a heater and is subject to a $300 heater usage fee to fill the propane tank, if you want the pool heated. Refills are the responsibility of the guest. If you don't want the heater, you are free to use the pool at no charge. We do accept pets and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.

Everything about this house is new and refreshing! We have taken a LOT of pride and care to insure this house is relaxing and enjoyable. Nearly everything is new including most furniture, new TVs, appliances and the entire home was fully renovated from top to bottom, including the pool! The best thing about this house is its location. It is right in the middle of everything!! Golf, shopping, restaurants, hiking, museums, etc. It's all close! Come and enjoy all that Scottsdale and Arizona have to offer!
