Shop 100 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gewerbegebiet Adenau L10" 200 m, railway station "Ahrbrück" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 39 km. Fitness, bike hire 200 m. Important: the Nürburgring - Nordschleife road which passes the house is 300 m. SERVICE ON SITE: coffee powder (for the duration of stay) for the coffee machine and 2 bottles of mineral water (on arrival) free of charge in all apartments.
3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Modern furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). La casa es perfecta para estar con amigos, el lugar está muy bien situado, con parking amplio, los caseros siempre han sido muy amables y la casa tenía de todo para poder vivir cómodo sin problemas Volveremos el año que viene

Gerne wieder!

Es hat alles super geklappt und wir konnten ohne Stress unseren Aufenthalt geniessen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, sogar mehr als erwartet. Wichtig war für uns natürlich, dass wir unsere Katze mitbringen durften. Sie hat ihren Auslauf genossen und konnte ausgiebig durch die "Bude" flitzen.

Reise mit Haustier

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unser Kater hatte in der sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung genügend Auslauf und das hat er auch genossen. Gerne wieder!

Gute Lage, aber LAUT

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut: Rewe, Lidl, Bäcker nur 100 m. ABER auch der Nürburgring ist sehr nah und die Geräusche von dort sind stark, am Wochenende besonders heftig. Die Wohnung ist daher nur für Motorsportfreunde empfehlenswert.

Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Nürburgring

Wir haben ein tolles Pfingstwochenende in der Wohnung verbringen können. Es war ruhig im Haus und auch die Lage direkt an der Straße hat nicht gestört. Jedoch sollten die Bilder der Wohnung aktualisiert werden. Sie entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität.

für Nürburgringbesucher geeignet

Diese Ferienwohnung ist für Nürburgringbesucher/Teilnehmer geeignet, für Wanderer etc. eher weniger, da sehr spartanisch ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Das Foto der Couch entspricht nicht der Ausstattung. Es wären auch Schönheitsreparaturen nötig. Auch auf Sauberkeit wurde nicht viel Wert gelegt. Der Ort Adenau ist nett und die dortige Gastronomie ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Mooi, compleet en schoon

Lekker ruim en schoon appartement op 300 meter van de de Nordschleife. Met ramen en rolluiken dicht heb je hier geen last van andere wel. Maar als liefhebber leuk om auto's te spotten. Verder vlak bij meerdere mooie wandelroutes. Supermarkt is naast de deur. Voor ons een toplocatie voor een paar dagen.

Perfekt beliggenhed.

Den perfekte beliggenhed hvis man har benzin i blodet, ikke langt til banen eller tankstationen. Gode værelser med god plads, parkeringsforholdene er også fine. Vi har brugt dette sted flere gange og det er absolut ikke sidste gang.

Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus Adenau. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was das Herz begehrt und liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Alles super gemütlich und sauber Gastgeber auch super lieb Wären gern noch länger da geblieben aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Selbst dem Hund hat es gefallen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Saubere, gut ausgestattete & gut gelegende Unterkunft für Nordschleifenbesucher/-fahrer. Aldi, Lidl & Rewe per pedes erreichbar und Araltankstelle vor der Tür. Bedingt durch die zentrale Lage nicht gerade "ruhig" gelegen.

Top, kann man nur empfehlen.

Sehr sauberes und großes Appartement. Nette Und sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Motorsportfans ist der Nürburgring in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen und es wird bestimmt nicht das letzte mal sein, das wir diese wieder mieten.
