Modern apartment house "Ferienapartments Adenau". In the resort 500 m from the centre of Adenau. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 100 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gewerbegebiet Adenau L10" 200 m, railway station "Ahrbrück" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 39 km. Fitness, bike hire 200 m. Important: the Nürburgring - Nordschleife road which passes the house is 300 m. SERVICE ON SITE: coffee powder (for the duration of stay) for the coffee machine and 2 bottles of mineral water (on arrival) free of charge in all apartments.
2-room apartment 80 m2 on 2nd floor. Partly with sloping ceilings, modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 3 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Gute Lage, nette Vermieter

Empfehlenswert, wir waren schon das zweite Mal da. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Lediglich Töpfe und Pfannen schon sehr mitgenommen. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen. Die Lage direkt an der Nordschleife in Adenau ist toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber.

Had an excellent time in this apartment. The owner was very helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost due to quiet seasonal time.

Todo perfecto!!

Excelente ubicación para ir al circuito y con supermercados, aparcamiento y sitios para tomar algo justo al lado. El apartamento es muy confortable y tiene de todo, sin lugar a dudas repetiremos.
