Great location & Great price villas complex located in Cancún in the main avenue of the hotel zone. Its close from beach by walk, supermarket, restaurants and shopping mall.

Each unit is fitted with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a kitchen. The common areas have a swimming pool and sun loungers.

Its a family place where calm reigns during the day and at night, it is not a place for guests looking to party or have a lot of noise within the complex. Its a family condo

You can go walking to the beach that is very close , you will feel like in home.

Canceled Day Of Trip

Did not get to stay, canceled by owner day of trip due to "electrical issues" from storm. Understand on the storm, but the short notice was awful, leaving us without a place to stay. Owner did provide refund and vrbo made effort's to make it right. The rating is based on this, as we didn’t get to stay. We chose it because it looked like a great spot but didn’t work out for us to see.

Todo muy bien, pero un poco descuidadas las instalaciones, una llave de agua de la cocina al abrirla no podías cerrarla, una luz no podías apagarla sin apagar el ventilador, por el precio y ubicación se entiende, pero ojalá pudiera mejorar
